SERVICE * Downloads are available within 24 hours. CD orders usually ship within two (2) business days of receipt. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if there are questions pertaining to your order. SHIPPING INFORMATION Our products are shipped from MA. We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail (although alternative carriers are used on some occasions). Overnight shipping is available by UPS and FedEx. (NOTE: UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.) * If there is no one at home during the day, we suggest shipping to your work address. * Be sure to submit a complete shipping address. Include any business name your order will be shipping to, suite numbers, apartment numbers and zip codes. If your package cannot be delivered to the address as it appears on your submitted order, the carrier cannot deliver your package on time and a $10.00 charge will apply to correct the address and forward your package to the corrected address. * It is our responsibility to make sure your package leaves our facility on time. Sorry...but once your package has left our office, it is up to the carrier service to deliver your package in a timely manner. * We do not guarantee the timeliness or the performance of any shipping service. We have no control over your package once it has left our facility. You can check the status of overnight packages by using UPS or FedEx websites. Enter the Tracking numbers and the status of your package will be displayed. RETURNS & REFUNDS * All sales are FINAL & are therefore NOT RETURNABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE. However, items damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge. Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately to ensure your complete satisfaction. ORDER PROCESSING * Your order is processed within 24 hours of receipt. Our entire production process (order entry, production, fulfillment) takes 1-3 working days (not including shipping time). 1. Order Entry: Submitting the order authorizes us to charge your credit card in full before any work begins on your order. Your order then goes to production & fulfillment. 2. Production & Fulfillment: Images are produced to order & set up for download or burned on CD. 3. Shipping: We ship from our facility in MA. Any shipping time required to get from our location in MA to your location is in addition to our processing time. We make NO refunds or credits for any delays incurred for any reason including carrier misrouting. *RUSH SERVICE is an additional fee charged to prepare your CD within ONE business day. If you require your CD faster than our normal 2-day processing time, we offer a special RUSH service for an additional fee of $30.00 plus the cost of Overnight shipping. (No rush service is available for regular shipments.) Once this fee has been charged, it is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason, including problems with shipping times. * PAYMENT IN FULL is due at the time the order is submitted. No work will be done until payment in full is received. CANCELLATIONS * ALL cancellations must receive a cancellation number from our office, NO EXCEPTIONS. No cancellations can be taken by e-mail. * If an order is cancelled before it has been produced & fulfilled, you will be refunded all monies paid. * There is NO CANCELLATION on items once they have been produced, fufilled & shipped.
